As our community begins the next phase of re-opening, we at Reinstein, Glackin & Herriott, LLC want to update you on the steps we have taken to ensure service continuity for our clients, and to prepare new ways to safely conduct business and serve our clients.
We have had our office professionally cleaned and disinfected and our office will continue to be cleaned and disinfected on a weekly basis by a professional cleaning service indefinitely. We have expanded our conferencing platforms and are regularly using Zoom, Skype and Google communication platforms for client meetings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
Our staff is working both in our office and remotely and we will continue to rotate some staff members as we continue through the stages put in place by Governor Hogan. Attorneys and staff who are not present in the office will be working remotely and will be accessible to our clients via electronic mail and phone.
The technologies that we have put in place since the first days of the pandemic have served our employees and our clients well during this time. We expect that to continue as we begin to phase in more in-person meetings and court appearances per the direction of the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, Governor Hogan and the recommendations of the CDC.
Our highest priority is the well-being of our team, clients and community. We continue to implement measures to reduce the risk of workplace transmission of the virus to ensure the health and safety of our entire community.
