Reinstein, Glackin & Herriott, LLC (RGH) began serving clients in Maryland in 2012 when a group of experienced attorneys united to offer reliable, client-focused legal representation. Since then, our firm has built a practice rooted in integrity, skill and personalized service. Our founding partner, Paul J. Reinstein, leads the family law group with his more than 40 years of experience and is widely respected as a family law attorney in the Washington metropolitan area. Before launching RGH, he developed and led a well-respected family law department at Sasscer, Clagett & Bucher.
Paul teamed up with Maureen Glackin, a former Assistant State’s Attorney and a nationally recognized authority on military divorce, and Randall Herriott, a seasoned litigator known for his thoughtful and compassionate approach. Together, they created a firm committed to providing exceptional legal service grounded in empathy and excellence.
Our leadership also includes Daniel Renart, who brings valuable experience in international custody disputes and personal injury cases. Our associates — Shelby Whale, Brendan Madden and Elizabeth Reinecke — add further depth to our team. Each of them offers professionalism, legal insight, and genuine care for the clients we serve.
