To reduce the risk of credit card fraud

In order to reduce the risk of credit card fraud, our office can no longer process credit card payments on behalf of our clients. The firm has partnered with Clio Payments to provide a direct option to safely and conveniently pay current invoices, initial retainers, and replenish retainers.

Payments can be made on the firm’s website, or by a link that can be directly emailed by one of our staff.  The law firm incurs costs associated with accepting payments with this platform, therefore, all credit card payments will be subject to a 3% surcharge that will be listed separately on the receipt.

Debit cards and E-check are also available payment options, which incur no additional expense, also through the Clio Payments platform. This firm continues to accept personal checks.
